They were out of stock for a while. I ordered some once they came back in stock. They seem to have changed the ingredients or something. I’m not really fond of the new ingredient..

I got the green apple flavor - it’s delicious! Soft chewy texture and really great flavor. Not too sweet or artificial and not too strong!

Just wanted to say how happy I am that I ordered the sweet roots green apple licorice. This is the best licorice I've ever had! From the flavor to the size & chew, it I'm thoroughly pleased. I'll be ordering & trying other flavors also.

Sour apple candies are definitely one of my favorites. From sour apple laffy taffy to these. Yummy!
The green apple has a great flavor - these are not soft and chewy, harder and maybe a little stale in terms of texture. But if you like regular licorice, you would probably like them.
These are jumbo so they're a little bigger be prepared for that. The flavor is amazing if you love green apple flavor. Would buy again
I bought these as a reward for a good day at school. They come home with a star on their card and they get one. When we run out we order a new flavor. We've had the green apple, blue raspberry, and watermelon and each one was great! They love them.

My first time trying both backroad is sweeter but hardI like the texture of the happy brand better and its softerIf I had to chose would pick back even though the texture isn't as smooth or soft
